Once you submit your details, we register your device with ZIMRA and run the required test transactions. The entire process typically completes within 48 hours.
What ERP systems do you support?
We support Odoo (all versions), Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision, and any custom system via our REST API. You can also use our built-in invoicing portal without any ERP.
What happens if a receipt submission fails?
FiscalBridge automatically retries failed submissions every 2 minutes. If a receipt fails 3 or more times, you'll receive an email alert with the error details. You can also manually retry from the dashboard.
Can I use FiscalBridge without an ERP?
Yes! Our built-in invoicing system lets you create invoices, fiscalise them with ZIMRA, generate PDFs with QR codes, and email them to customers — all from the portal. No ERP needed.
Which countries are supported?
Currently live in Zimbabwe (ZIMRA). Zambia (ZRA), Mozambique (AT), and Malawi (MRA) are in development and coming soon.
